Descriptions are provided for each service/product. We reserve the right to change or remove offerings at any time.

Booking & Payments

Bookings can be made through integrated Squarespace forms or third-party tools like Calendly.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

All prices are in Euros (€). A confirmation will be emailed after purchase or booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a consultation up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Missed consultations or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.

  • Physical products can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Custom or depotting services are non-refundable once completed.

Intellectual Property

All content (photos, text, logo, branding) is the property of Kit Lite. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

Liability

At Kit Lite, we take great care in crafting and packaging your products for safe use and transport. However, we understand that issues can occur. Here's how we handle them:

  • Damaged During Shipping:
    If your item arrives damaged, we offer free re-pressing or replacement of the affected product within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with clear photos as proof of damage.

  • Damaged During Use:
    If your repressed product becomes damaged during regular use—such as when stored or transported in a makeup trolley—we’re happy to discuss safety tips and offer a one-time product re-pressing (within 30 days of purchase).

  • Depotting Damage (Beauty Products):
    If a product becomes damaged during the depotting or transfer process, we will either refund the full price of the product or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes will be handled in Berlin courts.
